I have always known that I was meant to be a healer. I've been passionate about health and wellness for as long as I can remember. At a young age I realized that most modern medical approaches did not align with my personal philosophies. The key to many of our modern health issues lies within the power of preventative medicine including nutrition, physical activity and health education. 

 

My journey into the world of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) began as a patient. After a series of treatments for back pain and anxiety I felt a major shift in my well-being. I began to see my acupuncturist to treat all of my health issues and symptoms. I started reading some TCM books and I was hooked- Chinese Medicine just made sense. Chinese Medicine encompasses a wide range of therapies and techniques including: acupuncture, cupping, gua sha, tui na massage, herbal medicine, food therapy, auriculotherapy, dietary and lifestyle advice. Did you know acupuncture is one of the oldest and most researched holistic medical treatments? 

I started acupuncture school after graduating with my Bachelors of Exercise Science from University of Central Florida. In 2018 I graduated with my Masters of Oriental Medicine at the Florida College of Integrative Medicine in Orlando. I developed skills in acupuncture, moxibustion, tui na and gua sha massage, cupping, food therapy and herbal medicine treating over 300 patients in our student clinic. During that time I taught yoga and aerial yoga classes plus studied Reiki and Qigong, becoming a master teacher. I obtained my Doctorate of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine from the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in 2021 while operating my practice in Orlando.

In 2019 I opened my first acupuncture clinic in Orlando, Florida (my first baby :D) which I successfully operated until December 2022. In the spring of 2021 I made the move to Arizona and opened my second practice in the heart of downtown Phoenix- which I have operated since! When I'm not at the clinic you can find me nerding out on history, practicing or teaching yoga, playing with my doodles and chickens, dancing to live music and savoring a good craft beer + high quality pizza.. no shame!!!
